My Approach

While my work crosses a number of seemingly diverse fields, all of my varied work, whether bodywork, divination, shadow work or art, follows the same general trajectory and centralizes around themes creating what I refer to as E.A.S.E.

• Exploring: discovering what is present, be it in the body, subconscious or soul

• Accepting: acknowledging both restriction and flow as it is, in order to work with it consciously

• Seeking understanding: learning the purpose or reasons for the current circumstances

• Evolution: optimizing more functional responses

 

The basic principles I utilize to work with these areas are
